Isle of Man Tartan Face Mask Red Plaid Manx Flag Inspired Celtic Pattern
No, the Isle of Man isn't an island filled with the male equivalent of Amazonians from Greek mythology. Sorry, ladies. The Isle of Man is however a small island between Britain and Ireland though. But don't be fooled the Manx island has a rich history despite its small size. Changing hands from the Norse in Norway and the Gaels in Scotland and Ireland many, many times across the centuries, the Isle of Man tends to have a rather strange mix of both influences for such a seemingly unassuming place. Even the native Manx Gaelic tongue, though strikingly similar to both Scottish Gaelic and Irish Gaelic, is strikingly dissimilar at the same time. The Isle of Man is a bit of an enigma, to say the least. And being just as Celtic as the rest, she deserves just as much as recognition as the rest. To honor this, we created our own personal envisioning of what a Manx tartan might look like inspired by the Manx flag as part of Celtic tartan designs!
